FREE STANDARD INSTALLATION WILL NOT BE GRANTED

WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT

 

You must contact us before Purchasing if you require Installation of one of our SAT NAV DVD PLAYERS. We need information on your vehicle to establish if the installation is "standard" plug and play or if additional wiring, adapters or fascia’s are needed to install the stereo. If the installation is not standard there will be additional third party auto electrician installation charge so we do stress prior contact by phone or email is made. Any additional Fitting fees incurred are Non Refundable. Free Standard installation will only be granted in Preston for the Mobile fitting service outside of Preston there is an additional call out charge which is non refundable.

 

PRESTON I.C.E uses third party auto electricians to install all the item/items is sells. PRESTON I.C.E is not liable for any fitting or removal charges incurred by the buyer under any circumstances. Any additional installation charges outside of the Special offer of free Standard installation of the SAT NAV DVD PLAYERS are non refundable. Any additional installation costs will be agreed with the buyer, the Third party Auto electrician installing the item/items and PRESTON I.C.E before the installation commences.

 

CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE

Preston I.C.E recommend you employ professional’s to install any of the items we sell. The Warranty will be voided if the item/items you have purchased from us have been installed incorrectly our used in anyway which is not considered to be normal use.

 

 

 RETURNS


Please check the item/items you are looking to purchase are compatible with your vehicle before purchasing.


Preston I.C.E will only accept returns for items purchased that have not been installed for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

Returned item/items must be returned to Preston I.C.E with all the original packaging intact and include any accessories/manuals the item/items were supplied with. If the item/items are not returned as stated above a full refund will not be granted a discounted refund maybe possible in some cases at the discretion of PRESTON I.C.E. The original Retail packaging must not be written on or the use of sellotape on the packaging/box itself will invalidate any return for refund.

The vehicles stated on the listing that the item/items will fit are published as a guide only. Some vehicles have variations or have been adapted by previous owners of the vehicle never assume the vehicle has standard fittings. In some cases you/we may need to adjust the wiring or wiring loom adapters maybe needed. If you are unsure about any installation issues please contact us for details before you attempt to install the item/items. Preston I.C.E will not be held liable for any fitting or removal costs incurred by the buyer.

All items sold by Preston I.C.E are covered by a 12 Months Manufacturer’s Warranty from the Date of Purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase. Refunds, Replacements or Repairs under warranty will be not granted without Proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be an emailed/printed receipt from Preston I.C.E or an eBay/PayPal receipt/email.

Please test all the features of the item/items once they have been installed to establish if they are functioning correctly. If any faults or issues are found once the item/items have been installed they must be reported to Preston I.C.E immediately. If the item/items are found to be faulty once installed a full refund or replacement will be offered once the item/items have been returned to Preston I.C E by post or in Person. All items must be returned as received with all the original packaging, accessories and manuals. The original Retail packaging must not be written on or the use of sellotape on the packaging itself will invalidate any return for refund or Replacement. Return Postage/ Travel costs are non refundable.

If the item/items are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase a full Refund or Replacement will be offered once the item/items have been returned to Preston I.C.E via Post or in Person. All items must be returned as received with all the original packaging, accessories and manuals. The original Retail packaging must not be written on or the use of sellotape on the packaging itself will invalidate any return for refund or Replacement. Return Postage/ Travel costs are non refundable.

After 30 days from the date of purchase a full refund will not be granted if the item/items become faulty. After 30 days from the date of purchase a repair under the manufacturer warranty will be offered or if the item/items can not be repaired a replacement will be offered. Repairs under warranty can take up to 28 days from date the item/items are received by Preston I.C.E.

Returned item/items will be tested to establish if it is hardware/software failure before a Repair under warranty / Replacement will be granted.  

After the item/items have been tested by Preston I.C.E and are found to have been abused, incorrectly installed, physically altered in any way, the software changed or altered on the item/items, or used in any way that is not deemed as normal use a Refund, Replacement or Repair under warranty will not be granted.

If you receive damaged or incomplete item/items please take photographs, keep all the original packaging and inform Preston I.C.E within 7 days of receipt so we can issue a claim against the delivery company.


 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF POSTAGE

 

All items purchased on our website include Free Postage. We use UPS to send the larger items (i.e SAT NAV DVD Players) and the Royal Mail to send smaller items( i.e Reverse Cameras). We will provide you with tracking details once the item/items have been dispatched. We will send the tracking information to your payment email address. Please provide us with a contact phone number via email or in the notes when paying  for the courier/delivery company.

 

Stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Delivery times for larger items in most cases will be Next working day with UPS. Delivery times for smaller items are 1-2 working days with Royal Mail First Class. If you require Saturday Delivery for any stock item or guaranteed next working day delivery please contact us before purchasing so we can bill you for Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

Non stock items will be dispatched the same way as above once we receive the goods from the manufacturer. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of non stock items. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email on receipt of your payment. Tracking details will be emailed to you once the item/items have been dispatched to you.
